Cupping

Cupping helps if you have tight muscles and fascia, allowing tissues to become more pliable and mobile . This is especially helpful for athletes.

Deep Tissue

Slow intense strokes with prolonged pressure that focus on accessing specific muscle and fascia imbalances intent on improving posture, function, performance and pain relief.

Pregnancy

Prenatal massage helps with discomfort of pregnancy and promotes good posture, which alleviates stress and unnecessary pain.

Lymphatic

30 minute massage | $55

This limited time only allows for a local treatment on a problem area, such as neck or shoulders.

60 minute massage | $85

May include:
Swedish, Lymphatic, Athletic, Prenatal, Postnatal, or Deep Tissue Massage

90 minute massage | $110

May include:
Swedish, Lymphatic, Athletic, Prenatal, Postnatal, or Deep Tissue Massage.
90 minutes is recommend if integrating stretching, cupping, or acupressure to a massage.

Kinesio Taping | $20

Taping can be added to any service
