Why get an Acupressure Massage?

How does it help?

Many people use acupressure to manage symptoms of a cancer-related pain. Many use acupressure to help with fatigue, insomnia, headaches, menstrual cramps, motion sickness, muscle tension, nausea and vomiting during pregnancy and morning sickness. Acupressure also helps to manage stress.

The Process
Acupressure is often called acupuncture without the needles. Instead of needles, acupressure involves the application of manual pressure (usually with the fingertips) to specific points on the body. Acupressure is typically integrated into other massages.
After the Massage

It is recommended that you drink plenty of water after an acupressure massage, to help your body continue to flush toxins. Please also abstain from coffee or alcohol after your massage.

When you are ready to eat after your massage, consider eating a lighter meal and substitute heavier meats with vegetables.
